The Opportunity

As our Senior Software Engineer, you'll be the architect behind the whole platform that powers millions of personalized coaching interactions. You'll work cross-functionally to build scalable systems that turn raw conversation data into actionable insights, enabling our AI to deliver precise, impactful coaching that transforms careers and businesses worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing 🚀

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex, end-to-end software solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
• Design and develop full-stack systems—from intuitive user interfaces to scalable backend services
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, data-driven software solutions.
• Drive innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and proposing solutions that enhance our systems

What We're Looking For 🤩

Essential

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, Typescript or GO, with a solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• An AI-native engineering mindset: Ship 10x faster without trading away reliability, security, or maintainability.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Bonus Points

• Experience in AI, machine learning, and other data-driven products.
• Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring junior developers is highly desirable but not a must.
• Startup or founding experience, especially building data platforms from zero to scale
